Una

The half-size jacquard throw brings the same woven construction as our full-size wool throws into a smaller, compact format. Woven in Røros from Norwegian lambswool, the jacquard construction uses the pattern through the textile and reverses the colour relationship on its opposite side. Brushing raises the wool fibres after weaving, adding softness and depth to the surface while retaining the definition of the pattern.

 

Una is designed by Anderssen & Voll. The name comes from Old Norse and means “the one that feels good”. The pattern is constructed around a braided motif, with colours moving gradually into graded tones across the surface. Repetition and colour transition give the design its sense of continuity.
